CRMMarketing.ai processes certain personal information acting as a data controller (for example, for billing, account administration, fraud prevention, taxes) and also processes personal information as a data processor on behalf of our customers when they use our platform to contact their own leads and customers. We are committed to complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations. We maintain and periodically review policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that support this commitment.

CRMMarketing.ai does not use personal data for purposes incompatible with the purposes identified above and does not sell personal information, and does not permit our processors to sell personal information, as “sell” is defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
