This Privacy Policy describes how CRMMARKETING AI LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as CRMMarketing.ai ("CRMMarketing.ai," "we," "our," or "us"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, platform, or related services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Contact information: mobile phone number (for SMS communications, see Section 4), business phone, and mailing address
  • Business information: company name, website URL, Google Business Profile, industry, services, and service area
  • Payment information: billing details processed securely through third-party payment processors (we do not store full payment card numbers)
  • Contact and lead data: any contact, lead, or customer records you create or import within the Services
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, and any messages you send us

We also automatically collect certain information when you use the Services, including log data, IP address, device and browser information, referring URLs, pages visited, and usage analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Process transactions, send invoices, and handle billing

4. SMS & Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number to CRMMarketing.ai — by signing up, booking a call, completing an intake form, or otherwise — you may receive text messages from us. The categories of SMS messages you may receive include:

  • Appointment and Strategy Call confirmations and reminders
  • Launch call reminders and onboarding notifications
  • Account, billing, and security notifications
  • Customer support responses
  • Service updates and alerts relevant to your account
  • Optional marketing communications (requires separate opt-in)

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the message categories you've opted into. Typical users receive fewer than 10 SMS messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. CRMMarketing.ai does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may apply standard messaging and data rates.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in status, and the content of your text message exchanges with CRMMarketing.ai are never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: trusted vendors that help us operate the Services — including payment processors, cloud hosting, SMS delivery partners, email providers, and analytics tools — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy
  • With your explicit consent: for any purpose you've explicitly agreed to

As stated in Section 4, SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing and are not disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, employee confidentiality agreements, and periodic security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 8); certain records may be retained longer to meet legal, tax, or compliance requirements.

The Services are intended for business users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. International Users

CRMMarketing.ai is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
